Click a link below to see past stages of this bike.

  1. Initial stopgap
  2. Legitimising
  3. New tyres
  4. Concave braking surface means new wheels
  5. Summer mode
  6. Rejuvenating
  7. Less flex
  8. Groupset upgrade
  9. Repainted & found crack

Current Stage Info:

Had the frame repainted by Bob Jackson & found a rusty crack shortly after on the chainstay by the BB. Don't see any point in repairing it, as I'd expect another tube to rust through. at some point too (hadn't been looked after the best before it was mine). Sad times.

The black 105 bits on here look surprisingly good. I dig it.

I know what you mean - it's a bit of a stopgap really, wanted something I could ride with for a bit while I save up/figure out what frame I want. Probably going to end up on a CAAD 10.

Cheers! Is lovely to ride, though the tyres are a nightmare to keep clean, aha.
