Pearson Olympic Pursuit

I purchased the frame in used and abused condition, and it has undergone a complete rebuild. This bike was ridden by the New Zealand Olympic Track Cycling team in the 1992 Barcelona Olympics. Custom made in New Zealand by Graeme Pearson. Last ridden by Hayden Roulston before being put in storage for 10 years.

Frame:
Custom made Pearson Carbon Fibre Track Frame. BB to seat tube 60cm, Top tube 58cm.

Fork/Headset:
Reynolds 753 650c / Chris King 2Nut

Crankset/Bottom Bracket:
SRAM Omnium 170mm / SRAM GXP

Pedals:
Shimano PD-M520

Drivetrain/Cog/Chainring/Chain:
17T / SRAM Omnium 48T / Izumi Track Black

Handlebars/Stem:
Mavic 355 Aero Bullhorn / Cinelli 1A

Saddle/Seatpost:
Selle Italia Flite 1990 / Thomson Elite 27.0

Front Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Hed Jet 60mm Clincher 650c / Hope ti hub 18h, or Zipp400 650c / Vittoria Corsa CX III Tubular

Rear Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Hed Jet 60mm Clincher 700c/ Dura-Ace 7600 28h

Current Stage Info:

The frame and fork were stripped and repainted with original decals. 7.93kg without pedals. Thanks to Steve Thompson (Forza Bikes) for his help with the rebuild.
