i think if you can find original decals and someone to strip and blast it, then paint it for you, it would be a good idea. rust will spread so it's better to get rid of the rust and use a good primer, good quality paint and clear coat on it to make sure you can preserve it as long as you can. and save the value of the frame. before the rust gets worse.

no way to get the decals unless i send it to Peloton. NJS builders dont let there stickers out. Probably have to make my own decals. One day ill repaint it.

the whole bottom head tube lug is loose paint. Before it gets bad i got to save it

i love it now. Before i seen it in person, not a fan of yellow. i love flaked NJS frames. Maybe just fix the front and colormatch then flake it
