I'm thinking of getting proper track drops. The only thing I would change on this build.

Drops wouldn't make it a track bike, riding it on the track would make it a track bike.

Yeah, of course it belongs on the track. But I miss having drops, the bullhorns are very limiting.

Have since fixed that slack chain, and it's sporting Look Keos instead of those MTB Time Atacs!

Street. I take it to a bike friendly park close by and do laps. Unfortunately I don't have time to get to a Velodrome, they're all too far away from where I live.
