how was that gear ratio ?
Posted over 11 years ago
the 55:18 was pretty alright hills were easier
i had it at 55:15 which was uncontrollably fast but hills were a weakness
However the ratio built up my calves/ thighs gain 2 inches after a month
definitely for training

Also i tried the 50:15 and its fast
and since im going down felt like when you have a 48:1? and then you use a 42:1?
it was so much easier and faster all around
