dude. oval chainrings without some sort of tensioning system is sketchy. run an old rear derailliur through it or get a spring tension chain tensioner

Rebuilding it anyway so I might as well get a new chainring. I already suspected that it wasn't such a clever idea since my chain seems to be wearing off quite fast. Thx for pointing it out.
