Raleigh Conversion

My first fixed gear bicycle. Found it in a garage in Michigan and paid the guy $100 for it in 2016. I like to think of it as a barn find. The entire time I owned it I ran 42x16, so in the years that I had this thing I learned how to spin really fast cadences. You can kind of see me mature my taste in bike through the stages of this bike. I really mashed the hell out of this bike and eventually I stripped out the BB threads. RIP! It has a threadless BB on it now, but I don’t think it will ever be a fixie again. It is currently mostly unbuilt but may be a randoneur/full fenders rain bike in the future.
