proportions look weird. low flange wheelset would definetly be a better fit here. like the frame though.

The flange is on the hub not the rim. Rims are 50mm. It is a matter of opinion about "proportion". This is a small size frameset. The proportion of rim depth to frame is typical of current racing frames- look at Nairo Quintana's bike. While I am not racing this bike, the stiffness and aerodynamics of the 50 mm rim are pleasantly functional. I like the look, but more- I like the performance.

quintana rides a canyon carbon frameset which looks proportional with deep carbon, but on this frame it doesnt. the fork also does not fit this well imho. your other builds have better build up concepts i think. but as long as it makes you feel comfortable ride it!
