Don't know what year this frame was made. The Panasonic logo and its adornments are decals and not painted. Don't know how long it was used either, the numerous paint chips show em, but I know it's authentic. Had quite the effort restoring this bike, the original rear dropout is 110mm. But when I measured, the right side rear dropout was already widened 5mm, ergo 115mm. Had to modify the width of the rear hub washers with smart bike mechanics to adjust it accordingly. I was also worried that the headset won't turn into the steerer tube at the beginning, til my dad figured out a way to find its entry.
