In General the rich history of RIH is so fascinating to me. I once had a beautiful RIH Track frame. But I had to sell it...

If this or any other RIH Track/Road-Bike/Frame is for sale, please contact me!!!

Best,

Chris

Thanks, man! I've got a RIH recently, the bb is 84, headtube is 8044, just trying to find out how to restore it to it's original looks. it's badly repainted now. You helped!

you're welcome, from what i've been tolled they kept on counting from frame 1 so yours would be frame 8044, mine is 8061 so it would be from the same time period. Around the 70s. From the early 90s they started to put 4 digit date codes on the head tube made it easier to date the frames, what the 84 on the bottom bracket stands for i'm not sure about. could you put a picture of your frame here??
