Yea dude, me too. I could have just quit there, but everyone told me that it was just really bad luck and the combination of the wrong riders racing together. I have since fallen in love with racing crits and road races, and I don't think I will stop. Cat 1....here I come! :)

What happened to it???

I was in a crit, and crashed pretty badly. took out a few other riders and I ended up in the ER with a fractured skull and a few other broken bones and LOTS of road rash. I was going about 30mph.

Damn well that's gonna hurt your pockets a bit then. Healing is always a bitch. Takes months and months for your body to truly recover to how it was pre injury :l. Hope you recover without any complications! Every time I recover nothing ever heals properly.

Thanks. Everything is going pretty good. Bike is toast though.... :/

At least you can salvage the parts for an upgrade. You had some pretty higher end components on this.

Actually, I can really only use my bars and seatpost. Everything is broken, or doesn't function properly.. :/

Geez you're making me intimidated to even race on my incoming road bike haha. At least that's like $300 in parts salvaged though.

Just don't do night time crits. That's the best advice I can give you lol

Oh no way haha I plan on doing the wolfpack hustle crash race but that'll be on my steel bike and I plan to be lit up like a Christmas tree.
