Wow this is awesome. How does it ride? Any cons?

I haven't ridden a lot so far, but the first impressions are very good.
It is very comfortable and lively ; it really shines on bad tarmac.
Cons? As far as the ride quality is concerned, none. Otherwise :cable setup was a PITA (internal everything : hydro lines, derailleur cables, dynamo cables)
