Romet Jaguar Standard Singlespeed

1980's bike from Poland. It was a road bike originally, built from chromoly Reynolds 501 tubes; all the components were mainly Polish too, by ZZR and Favorit manufacturers. A friend of mine bought it in 2012 from some random grandma in Lviv, Ukraine; she told it was her husband's bike. The frame was had dark-yellow painting and looked very timeworn. Later my friend decided to turn it into a fixed gear bike. It's displayed as the initial stage of this bike. He cut off the derailleur hanger & cable guides and painted the frameset in bright yellow. In 2014 he built another fixie for himself and gave this frameset to me, so I've started building a singlespeed/fixie too. I planned to use it as my secondary bike in addition to my mountain bike, but I loved it so much that it became my primary and only bike. Now I use it for everyday commuting/travels etc. I started with a very cheap setup (see stage 2), it cost me about $60 only for the whole bike. From that moment I continued to improve this bike, it has already survived few car accidents, the frame geometry was broken for several times, but I was able to fix it —thanks to the fact it's steel. I was also forced to change the original fork after it got broken in an accident. I love this bike, the frameset is lovely, not a piece of shit from HVZ; it's Reynolds, anyhow. I want to gradually turn it into an adventure/all-around/gravel bike, I think that this frame fits these requirements very naturally.
