Awesome. How are the TRP CX8.4s with Shimano levers?

Thanks. The pads come pretty close to the rim which could cause rubbing if the wheel would come out of true, but as for stopping power they are great!

I have the CX9s on my Space Horse with Shimano brifters. I had read 8.4s work better with SRAM levers; was just curious if modulation is good with 8.4s.

I was originally looking to get CX9's, but got good deal from the 8.4's, so couldn't pass that :p Let's say that if you're used to cantilever brakes, the modulation ain't great. However, I'm used to setup my brakes pretty much on/off (coming from mtb background) so that works for me :)
