Somewhat rare bicycle was contracted out by Sampson of Colorado to Clark Kent (CK) after Greg Lemond backed out of a deal with CK (based on my correspondence with Mr. Sampson). Sampson was trying to help CK with business. Frame appears to have been welded by master welder Ivo Vinklarek based on the serial number, I1837. The welds are immaculate. Any other information on this frame would be much appreciated. The latest build with the DA 9000 group set weighs in at 16.5 lbs.

That and I'm trying to keep the wear down on the crankset from heel rub.
