Schwinn 4130 Japanese Chrome Moly X Lt

Bought three bikes from a 75 year old client who takes my Spinning classes. He bought them for his kids in the 70s. Rode a handful of times. I would like to sell one. It's a Schwinn 4130 Japanese Chrome Moly X-tra Lite Sakae Custom Double Butted. Original everything. I took it to my bike repair and he suggested selling it to someone who'd really appreciate it rather than letting my 15 year old beat it up. I believe it is a 73. It's beautiful. I was told by my bike repair man that it is in "Great shape". There is a teeny rust spot on the right handle by the Sakae stamp. There is a "road champion" stamp on the handle bars, as well. I don't know enough about it, but it should be used as a racing bike or road only, It's far too nice for the boys. I would love to answer the questions below, but not sure if they need a "yes and no" answer or if there are specific names?
