This sat in a friend's garage for who knows how long. it's pretty jacked up but still in total working order. people love it when you ride it on busy roads. Hoping to learn some stuff while I try to fix it up so any advice is appreciated

Yes indeed drum break made by ATOM
with 5-speed rear derailleur
+ 2 crown duo tone bells nearly the size of apples

Snap some shots of it! did it have a drum brake? trying to figure out if I should search for another or just bite the bullet and weld cantilever brakes on it
