Pretty solid start. I'm actually concerned if the frame is the right size for you. It already looks small and you may need a smaller frame. I'd get some foot retention before anything else. Straps and cages, within your budget of course. Then a saddle upgrade.

Thanks for the feedback! It's actually not sized correctly yet. Took it for a small test ride yesterday and I need to raise my seat post. It is also the reason why I left the steerer tube a little long.
