Serotta Colorado CR

Bought this described as having a small crack near the head tube. Removed the fork and the 'crack' doesn't seem to be completely through. My boss and neighbor (who knows everything about steel) both told me I'll be fine. So I'll just ride it like this and if anything happens I'll have it repaired.

That is going to be one sweet ride. You don't see many Stronglight X14 headsets on road bikes. Cool.

Thanks man, it was on the bike when I got it, is it a mtb headset? I don't like the look of it hehe, so I might replace it.

The X14 was overbuilt which is good for offroad. An A9 would look nice on that frame if you want another Stronglight.

ah okay, I've got a Tange Levin, which will probably go on this once I've got time for that.
