Got it pretty much just how I want it without doing any major upgrades. Will be adding Planet X brakes soon, and a new wheelset during tax season, but this will probably be my setup until then.

It's very smooth. The 2012 Tiagra is basically the 105 from a couple years ago(which was and still is a very good group). I'm very happy with the shifting, it's much nicer than Sora.
