Ok Yeah this bike I acknowledge is way too small, but it cost me barely anything and works well enough for lower category racing at the track.

Way too small. I'm only using this bike because it was super cheap. It doesn't handle the best with the 134mm stem, and its definitely noticeable when I'm racing.
