Constructed from a Dedacciai and Columbus, the frame features a tapered head tube, internal Di2 and brake routing. It was built by a student at Metal Guru and the "plum crazy" point job was done at Horse. Geometry is the same as an XL Lynskey R240, designed to be a bit upright for long rides.

This is almost exactly my dream bike, including the paint. I'd have more aggressive geometry and gearing, but otherwise sweet setup.

With hindsight, the R785 levers + brakes combo were actually the strongest I've used. Hood shape was really odd and not my favorite, but it really delivered on gobs of braking power with only a single finger.
The move to flat mount on the front and smaller pads meant the braking took a big hit.
