The really old frames (early 2000s?) have 1 inch alloy forks. it looks like the original one. there are very few pics of these older frames. there is one from lfgss for example...

Thank you! It seems it klappt. All the Ovals I checked here though seem to have a different fork, would you even suggest that the fork is unrelated?
