Finally managed to track down a 26.0/-17/100mm Salsa quill stem. New saddle too.

You should consider a road stem for this. Gotta have at least some drop. Otherwise, the bike is pretty sick, though it appears your chain is too short - hence the bent-inward position of the RD while in small cog/big ring. Almost looks like the jockeywheel is touching the cassette.

i'm sure theres room on the barrel adjuster for the rear tension spring to move that jockey wheel a bit further out but i agree it does look like it could use a link or two
