That Tall Walmart Fat Bike caught my eye too! I wanted to know if I could buy it with a gift card, so I called up Walmart Visa Gift Card customer service https://www.pissedconsumer.com/walmart-... . They were super helpful and told me, "Yes, you can!" It's pretty cool that Walmart has bikes like this that are both affordable and great for taller folks. Makes getting into biking a lot easier for everyone.
