I recommend shortening the stem and sliding the saddle more aft. Plumb line your tibial tuberosity at 9 o'clock. Should bisect the pedals axle.

This is not a matter of comfort with road versus track. This is standard anatomical bike fitting. If you really want me to get technical, it deals mostly with the length of the femur in relationship to the anterior rotation of your pelvis due to your hand placement and allowing your semi membranous, semi tendinosous, and bicep femoris to operate at its optimal length tension relationship. I have rode track and I ride road as well. This is not a matter of opinion.
