I randomly went up to a guy who has this laying in his pickup truck. I asked if it was for sale and he said yes, for $50. I went to the bank and picked it up right away. What you guys think? Anything I should do to it? Definitely need some new tires.

If it were me, I'd put some cruiser/klunker bars on it and some fat 2.3" tires (like Maxxis Holy Rollers or Schwalbe Fat Franks). Dump the bright yellow bar ends. Ditch the saddle for something more "aesthetically pleasing". Maybe add some complementary colors to offset the yellow (blue grips and platform pedals?). Nice find. Looks almost new!
