A truly gorgeous restoration! Keeping it minimal is hard to do. Chapeau. Very happy to see real (Campagnolo) rat traps, clips and straps. Back in the day I used their road SL pedals (black cages), alu clips and Alfredo Binda laminated toe-straps. Real ankle-breaking security! Bike set up beautifully as well. The Cinelli Criterium bars were a design masterpiece - the forward curve of the tops prevents fore arm contact during outta the saddle sprints and the drops were actually useful. Nostalgic musing over. Thanks for sharing.
