Tonic Fabrication Supernaut Custom

When i first started planning for a new bike, lots of questions came to my mind regarding the frame set that i'm keen on. Personally, i was looking for a solid fixed commuter that i can strip it all off as a true track bike or throw a riser and make it into a single speed cross to withstand a few bruises in terrains. Having to commute around 120 miles each week on a mixture of road surfaces, steel is still the preferred material for the frameset. After researching a whole lot of framesets, there were a few options that i've came down with. Pelizzoli Pista GP, Brooklyn Machine Works V2 Gangsta Track, Tokyo Fixed Ono, Tonic Fabrication Supernaut or just a simple elegant NJS frame. With much careful thoughts given, i took a leap and placed an order for a Supernaut frame with Tony from Tonic Fabrications, requesting a few options and a custom designed decals to match my Profile Racing hubs. I've gotta say, the whole frameset looks stunning with the orange and red decals; especially when the decals pops into a sparkle orange under strong sun light. Other Tonic trademarks like the wishbone seat stays, chainstays, hooded dropouts and the oversized tubings on the frameset makes it a real stiff and beefy ride altogether. Everyone has their own opinion on how a track bike should be built but nevertheless, this is how i roll everyday. With that said, i still need to dial it in and get some dirt and miles down to see how it'll hold up. Feeling real pumped up after three long months of waiting but seeing the whole built up, i can only say it is worth it. Many thanks to Tony from Tonic Fabrication, Universal Cycles and Fab from Fab's Cycle for making this happen.

Your bike is different and I love it! I dig the orange! Very rarely do I come across bikes like yours that are actually unique. Big fan of what Tonic Fab builds too!

Yes, this ride wouldn't be this brilliant without Tony from TONICFAB.

I love the color and don't understand slamming someone's choice of color.Every one has different ideas on color and component choice. It's all in what you want and can afford to put into a bike. It's your dream and you build it your way ,if others think it's trndy so be it. It's what you want the way yoy want it. Nice bike dude.

Well, some just prefer to knock on others without thinking much. Not here to please everyone anyway.

Yes, currently living in Singapore.
Same parts? Great.
The brake bolts came with the brakes itself, not aftermarket.

I have just loved Tonic Fab and what they do. You just inspired me to stop being a fan and start being an owner of one of these. I don't know if you'll get your due, but this is easily the best fixed gear on this sight, without a doubt.
