This bike isn't completed yet. The picture with the wonky stem riser and no brakes is how I picked up the bike for $150. The pictures at night with the blue handlebars happened after I pulled the Fuji Feather bars and brakes off and strapped it on just to make sure the Premio size is correct. It's currently on the stand and I'm in the midst of tracing the lugs and waiting for parts to arrive.

I have two C17 cut outs. I love them. The most comfortable saddle I've ridden.
