quick question what seat clamp post clamp did you buy? and I'm 5'6 is a 55 lv3 a good size for me? and how did you cut the integrated seat post? thanks in advance if you reply
Posted about 11 years ago
It comes with the frame I had someone cut it for I'm 5'8 with 53cm though I only cut like 1cm off the seat tube

Why a 48:16? I mean its an ok ratio but for the track. For the street it's a bad idea. It only has one skid patch. I'd recommend getting either a 15t or 17t cog. Better then the 16t.
Posted over 11 years ago
I don't really skid lol I'm past that if I do I'm ambidextrous with my pedal positioning
Posted over 11 years ago
It doesn't matter if you skid ambidextrously it still equals 1 skid patch
Posted over 11 years ago
Thanks for the advice but I like my ratio for the street and track, I really don't care if I have one skid patch still running the same tire after almost 8 months or longer

you can buy this at State bicycle co
its a very nice frame, light and all but wouldnt recommand if you are still growing

Sweet frame man! I've been eyeing this frame for a while. I'm curious, how heavy is she complete or as a frameset? Do you by any chance have the geometry/sizing chart too? im having trouble talking to them on their usa site
Posted about 12 years ago
There was a geo chart on the site but since its limited edition might be gone weighs 17-18lbs
Posted about 12 years ago
So would you still recommend a lvl 2 because im thinking of getting one
Posted about 12 years ago
Yea I loved mine but prefered this but lv2 is a great choice especially for the money
Posted about 12 years ago
Hmmm what do you think would do me better? A planet x stealth aluminum or the unknownlvl 2?
Posted about 12 years ago
Both are great frames it's up to you but planetx would look clean since everyone has the carbon ones
Posted about 12 years ago
Looks so much better with this fork than the fork Unknown was showing on their demo lv3s
Posted about 12 years ago
Yea I know i didn't like it That much either with this fork looks way different

Interesting looking frame. Looks like a hybrid of the dodici special and the new Langster pro. I don't know if their "exclusive" 24 American frames is a good thing. If their frame is that good it should be available everywhere like a mash or pista concept. Not enough info on quality for me to be sold on it.

It's a limited.edition batch they will make more but not for a while more specs and detailed pictures after I get everything dialed in and cut today
Posted about 12 years ago
This is a frame that is made better than there lv2 which is available everywhere the reason the lv3 is limited is because they wanted to release a limited frame before the year ended because they have a lot of new models ready to be released in 2013
Posted about 12 years ago
Just looks like a Jamis Sonik to me. The '13 LP and Dodici look way different.
Posted about 12 years ago
Gotcha. Well I had seen another lv3 on here that is owned by a dude in Korea but it looked liked the lv2 with an integrated seat post and didng have the curved seat tube. The build did turn out great though. I can't hate on that lol.
