Brake hoods connected to nothing? Nice setup but you could at least add a front brake.
Posted almost 11 years ago
theyre for leverage and comfort while climbing. once i get my new build im going to put a front brake on.
Posted almost 11 years ago
I figured that's why. I said the same thing, then I just put a front brake since I already had the levers..

Levers with no brakes?
Posted almost 11 years ago
Yeah. They're mostly for comfort while climbing. Once I get my next build I'm going to put a brake on.

how are you liking that china 3t fork? my friend has a set of bars from them, said it took a while for them to come in but they seem fine.. no issues with them so far and its been a few months.
Posted almost 11 years ago
I love it! It's strong and pretty light. No one can tell the difference lol. I wheelie with it too and it holds up. I'd recommend getting it. The only bad thing about it so far is that it took 3 weeks to ship.

Seeing the progress is nice, looks killer!

Thank you!
This will be my street bike soon, once I have the money I'm going to upgrade.

Now that's an awesome built. You've made it out of its misery. What a happy ending <3

planning on getting a new frameset and wheelset soon.
Posted almost 11 years ago
Whooaa, you gonna sell this LV1 after all that you've done to "her" ?! :'(
Posted almost 11 years ago
Nope. I'm gonna keep it and probably build her up again. Once I upgrade most of my wheelset then ill use this one for training and build up the lv1 with it.

dude, set the order so your current build is the first picture that pops up .-.

When i look at your old pictures i tear up in pain. But when i see your new build, its tears of joy.

You made this bike perfect with simplicity
Posted about 11 years ago
Why thank you :) it took awhile but I'm happy with the result.

you got the fork that i just bought a few days ago!
hows the quality and ride? is the steer tube thick?
Posted about 11 years ago
Quality is actually pretty good and so is the ride and its decent thickness. Not too thick but not too skinny. The steerer tube can be uneven in some places though. Only on the inside.
