Reading this thing over and over again, really makes my day even better.

This page has so many comments (not the best). I think this is the most comments I've seen on one bike....like damn.
Posted over 11 years ago

Posted almost 11 years ago
I'm convinced this whole ordeal is a very elaborate long-term troll. Well played sir.

53-13, no brakes, no foot retention, and riding in flip flops. Get hit by a car please.
Posted about 12 years ago
Already did and the guy gave me $100 biiiiatch stacking that paper sonnn
Posted about 12 years ago
shame on you for making a fixed gear with vertical dropouts. smh
Posted about 12 years ago
your bars are extra hipster because they dont have grips or bar end plugs. well done!
Posted about 12 years ago
In response to you claiming that anybody with a nice bike spends 3 paychecks on it, you know nothing. I have spent less than half a paycheck on my bike and it is better than yours in so many ways. (Not tootin my own bike horn or anything)
Posted about 12 years ago
I've had my bike for a while, just never had seen a bike so shitty, didn't have a reason to join.
Posted about 12 years ago
the only question that has always bothered me is how can you stop on it?, in high speed, downhill slopes or downhill like SF.
Posted about 12 years ago
Dude lives in Hawaii. I hope he rides right into a fucking volcano.
Posted about 12 years ago
the only times i have seen this bike. its been riding sidewalks. we go ride! i like see how fast you are
Posted about 12 years ago
i rode tantlus before... near death experience i stay spooked now
Posted about 12 years ago
I try really hard to keep a firm grasp on the fact that we are all different, like different things, etc. and that's what makes the world what it is - and tolerate people who may not know what they are doing but have a desire to learn more - but this kid is a certified fucking dipshit.
Reading your responses and lame attempts to "defend" your bike is like watching ten retards gang rape a football.
Posted about 12 years ago
I like your new pic. That's what you'd look like after I knocked your bitch ass out.
Posted about 12 years ago
so internet fighting is smart? even if you win youre still retarded
Posted about 12 years ago
Trust me, I'm not "fighting" with anyone. You're already losing to yourself.
Posted about 12 years ago
"And I have toe clips but I think they are fucking dumb and dangerous because they scrape the ground" hahahahahahhahaahhahhah
Posted about 12 years ago
I have never heard of anybody being this delusional, it's ridiculous
Posted about 12 years ago
so many dumb fucks. its a nice bike
Posted about 12 years ago
We are the dumb fucks? You have to be shitting me, clearly your the dumb fuck if you cant spot that this guy is a complete jackass. I "fixied" 100 miles....................
Posted about 12 years ago
its dumb to just talkk shit on this thing anyways. thats why i say so many dumb fucks. whats the point? its not like you guys are the ones riding his damn bike
Posted about 12 years ago
No one on Pedal room goes around and talks shit, the only reason people are hating on this guy is because he got defensive about everyone telling him to change his title because he called it a "Cannondale Track Replica". He got defensive and started talking a bunch a shit so for fun everyone comes and hates on his page hahah
Posted about 12 years ago
lol sometimes i come to this page just to read the comments for a good laugh
Posted over 12 years ago
Dude how in hell did you do it, working on my cannondale which has dropout...I to am hearing its impossible to convert. This gives me HOPE...you must tell how you did this...THANKS SO MUCH.
Posted over 12 years ago
It was the hardest thing I have ever tried to do in my life but it worth it I suggest getting a good chain breaker and lots of chains and even more different size cogs am of course a fixed back wheel
Posted over 12 years ago
HAHAH, This guy is soooooo damn retarded I actually take time when im on Pedal Room just to come look at his comments to see what other dumb shit he has said. And of course it was so worth it once again!!!
Posted over 12 years ago
man. you should have just bought an Eno-Hub! there like $150 bucks. you probably spent that alone on chains and cogs. silly, man. silly.
Posted over 12 years ago
LOL you fucken dumbass. you dont want people talking shit on your piece of shit bike, but you go talk shit on other's bikes? what a fucking joke you dumbass. get the fuck out of this website. we dont need assholes like you.
Posted over 12 years ago
well then, i hope you hit a car because you think you can stop on a high gear ratio without foot retention and learn your lesson. and also, i hope you learn some fucking manners.
Posted over 12 years ago
I know I seriously am gonna get fucked up on this one day I know it I take way too many chances but don't worry I'll be dead soon :)
Posted over 12 years ago
could you make a video that you're riding this thing and i'd like to see 'em skidding or skid stopping without foot retention, please? ;)
Posted over 12 years ago
Well I just got a new back tire so maybe after I rotate them I'd love to show you my fatty skids like I've said I had toe clips before but they don't help me with skidding at all so I took them off
Posted over 12 years ago
okay I'll wait! oh, so you could skid without any foot retention? how? just push it backwardly?
Posted over 12 years ago
Yeah I guess I've tried to skid with straps but It feels like there going to break
Posted over 12 years ago
And since my ratio is 52-13 my feet never go super fast even down hills so I get more stopping power than I would with a "normal" ratio like 46-16 or something
Posted over 12 years ago
um maybe the straps is not tight, so kinda check those straps, and fit it up with your feet. wow thats a very heavy ratio man, how does 52-13 feels like? did you could skids easily?
Posted over 12 years ago
It's just super hard to get going fast but it's actually easier to stop cause my feet never start going super fast and when I'm passing my friends my feet are going around so slow idk I suck at explaining bikes and it's way harder to skid but my legs have adjusted to it
Posted over 12 years ago
yeah man I get it, your feet never going fast because of your killer ratio man, it's good for sprinting or get fast more easier but you can't handle it when there's a something just pass by in front of you, so it's kinda dangerous if you are not using brakes, it is all up to you
Posted about 12 years ago
FAVORITED. <3
Posted over 12 years ago
Wow thank you some one who actually appreciates the time money an determination I had for years to make this happen
Posted over 12 years ago
How the flying fuck do you stop without brakes or foot retention? And I think your "dope fukin saddle" is designed for women...
Posted over 12 years ago
Wow does it really look like I give a fuck your a dumbass who's never even seen my dope ass bike and you probly have a skinny ass saddle because you like it when it tickles your butthole
Posted over 12 years ago
O and btw I don't need brakes brakes are for people who don't know how to ride fixies see you probly ride single speed pure fix and you think you're super badass so just let it out its ok
Posted over 12 years ago
Yeah, my custom-made lugged steel Mikkelsen built with vintage Campagnolo track parts and my GTB are definitely not "pure fix" single speeds. But seriously, get foot retention. I have no problem with brakeless riding, even I do it from time to time. Riding brakeless without foot retention is just plain idiotic since you can't skid or skip stop. Also, you must have some really broad hips if that lady's saddle is comfortable...
Posted over 12 years ago
Okay so your one of those guys that spends 3 grand on a fix then you just pose. And I have toe clips but I think they are fucking dumb and dangerous because they scrape the ground and I built this bike to be comfortable and fast not poserish with a toothpick saddle and I the only time I skid is during emergencys because $15 is a lot to me so if like to save my tires and you know what the funny thing is? I've never had a bad emergency because I'm so good at preventing them and unlike you I ride this thing purely for transportation purposes every day about 15 miles a day so a cruiser bike type saddle is perfect but even after a long day my ass still gets sore which makes me dread ever having to get a skinny ass saddle
Posted over 12 years ago
I commute on my GTB almost every day and I've done a 57-mile ride on it too (Menlo Park to Milbrae and back). And I didn't spend nearly 3k on either bike. I traded old fencing gear for the Mikkelsen frameset and other parts, then went to swap meets and bought used stuff off eBay to complete it. So, it's not about dropping huge amounts of money on an expensive bike, it's about investing time to find great deals. And the reason your cages scrape on the ground is because you have more bottom bracket drop since you're riding an old road bike. If you swap out your longer Mavic Starfish cranks (which are rare and worth a good deal, so try selling them on eBay) and buy some used, shorter 165mm Sugino 75's (Check Craigslist, you can get them for around 150) you can help eliminate pedal strike and prevent your cages from scraping. Also, you can look at the San Marco Rolls, it's a very comfortable saddle that's not super skinny.
Posted over 12 years ago
Thanks for cluing me in on the crank problem but I'd like to find a buyer before I go and take it off but I'd also rather just keep it because this bike has become a part of me and I really can't let any of the parts go and ill stick with this saddle because it's got a light and cops love hassling me and I hate having an ugly back light on the seat post and it takes double As so I don't have to jack a new back light every time it goes out and I'm kinda over throwing money in to my bike at this point what I'm trying to do now is get the value out of it by riding where ever I can yaknowwhatimean?
Posted over 12 years ago
I'm not talking shit I'm posting dope cannondale fixed gear pictures you smart person
Posted over 12 years ago
nice! how does the converted feel? and youre not using any clips? or brakes?
Posted over 12 years ago
The bike rides buttery and all you have to do to stop is just push down on the pedals it's not really brain science
Posted over 12 years ago
oh push down on the pedals? what if a things in front of you suddenly stop?
Posted about 12 years ago
If something's in front of me straps or not that faka is getting hit
Posted over 11 years ago
and i bet none of you fags have ever ridden a fix in safeway you're all just a bunch of fucking pussies
Posted over 12 years ago
HAHAHAHA! damn i knew i was a pussy for not riding my bike through a safeway. I love that you took a picture in front of the beer because your so fucking cool LOLLL
Posted over 12 years ago
oh yeah and by the way this whole bike only costed me $100 so if you're all mad cause I have a franken road crank get the fuck over it im not wasting 300 on a campy record or some shit
Posted over 12 years ago
So you said earlier that the back wheel cost you $120 and the chain $20 and now the whole bike cost $100? Something is wrong here.
Posted about 12 years ago
fuck all you guys go ride your fuckin shitty all city pure fix fuckin crap
Posted over 12 years ago
all you guys dont know whats up this thing would beat any cannondale track
Posted over 12 years ago
So you make a replica of a cannondale track cause you know cannondale track sucks....
Posted over 12 years ago
you should say more like "look alike cannondale" than replica
Posted over 12 years ago
How can it look like a cannondale when in fact it is a cannondale lol
Posted over 12 years ago
