Velocity rims are bombproof, I have the chukker laced to all city hubs, they have 4000 miles logged on them from the previous owner and they stil are aero straight and will blast over anything

Fine the way it is. Ride it till the wheels fall off. Other than the seat(butt must be comfy to enjoy ride) and tires it is what it is so enjoy and save for your dream frame. Cheers
