Bought the frame from Keirin Berlin summer of 2012. Don't have much information about it but seat tube decal shows Wim Grunewald Wiesbaden. Lugs seems like Prugnat. Columbus Riverniciato decals shows that the frame repainted at some point, and can't tell which tube set is it. Update: The informations I've collected over time; Wilhelm Grunewald was a racing cyclist himself, later a mechanic also for Rudi Altig and ran a bicycle shop where he built custom frames. Wim (that was his nickname / short name for Wilhelm) prefered using Raynold 531 tubes to built most of his track bikes. Years later, still in the 70´s, he used Columbus tubes, but mostly for building road bikes. Every bike he built has WIM stamped under the bottom brackets. No number - only WIM. But at my bb there is nothing.
