Holy crap dude! This thing has been transformed! It looks super legit now! :]

And another thing dude, something that will get you respect from experienced riders and stuff like that is to match the logo on your tires with the valve hole. It's a 'must-do' and demonstrates a sense of professionalism.

Look at that second link, the MKS Fit Alpha Straps. If you were to put them on the pedal like how you did, then the NJS stamp would be upside down.

The buckles are supposed to be facing up near the cages, not down near the pedals.

Nice first build. I personally would get rid of the blue but that's just me. You don't really have to upgrade anything cus everything you have is decent/good. I'd say upgrade frame cus it will probably be better then getting high end parts for a cheap steel frame.

but you know, thats just my opinion of what would look good and my guess of what you would think looks good using your bike as it is now as a reference point.

hahah, that was the same color i had; looks like the same size too! hahaa.
alright, so, ill tell you what i think the most efficient way of upgrading is.
basically, i think that the best way to upgrade is to first get all new parts, not necessarily good parts, but NEW parts. the point of this is to make your bike at the least look good until you go to the high end shit because if it looks good, youre not going to be in too much of a rush to change up all the parts.
so, i think that you pretty much need to upgrade every single thing except the wheels.
with that said, i think that you should start out with a new stem, bars, seatpost, and saddle to start off the second stage of this bike.
youd probably just save up a couple hundred so you can buy them all at once. after that, youd save up a couple more hundred to upgrade your cranks. and then, if you care enough, you could get a new headset and chain.
but like i said, some cheap stuff would be a good start.
why not get a new kalloy seatpost off of amazon for 10 bucks and some beat up selle italia flite or something similar off of ebay for 20 bucks. and then you can try and find some deda drops or something for really cheap on the internet as well and just get some cheap dimension stem to match (they make 35 degree dimension stems and they look sick! i had one on my iro; only 20 bucks!). i think that the same stem would look super sick on that bike!
so, if you did that, youd have all four things for only like, 80 - 90 bucks and since theyre all new and clean looking, besides the saddle, theyll look dope and make your bike look a lot better.
next would be the cranks, and unfortunately, cranks are really hard to get a good, cheap deal on, you just have to save up a bunch to get the ones you want.
yea dude, you dont have to do it exactly like that, but only a 100 - 150 bucks, and you could turn this bike around! and then another couple hundred for the cranks and youll really be content.

This is a lot of information to get,but man you have some good points .I hate that about myself that i really try to rush on everything with my bike ,you're right i should just save up and buy it .Do you still have a picture of you wind-sore i would love to get some ideas from that build !

hmmmm, thats another thing, always take pictures of your bikes! youll want / need them in the future!
i dont think that i have any pictures of that bike man.
i can describe it though.
it had this weird black, 35 degree drop, 80mm stem with black risers, black fsa single speed cranks, a black fuji seatpost, a fuji saddle, a rear white vuelta super deep v, a front purple stock wheel, and a red tire in the rear and a red chain. if you can try and imagine what that looked like. it actually didnt look terrible. haha.
