DUDE ! I've got the exact same one. Did you buy from an Estonian guy ? From what I know, they were at the Tallinn Velodrome as training beaters but I don't have more info on them. Do you ? :D

Haha yeah, man, bought it from the same Estonian guy. Those belonged to a cycling club in a little Estonian town Jõgeva and that's quite all i know. Also the guy who was selling those was from that town and was cycling in that club. Somewhere in the very end of the 80s and beginning of 90's he became national champion in sprint and won some other medals too.
