Woops, I removed your last comment on accident. It's a threaded fork... I have two 5mm spacers in there because my crappy LBS was too lazy to extend the keyway and the headset I'm using has a very low stack height. I figured it'd be better to leave a little extra steer tube if/when I get a better headset.
