Is the one with the red bottom a 1"? How long is the steerer? Is the expansion plug already in it? What are you thinking $$ ?
It's a 1 inch with a fairly long steerer, don't have it on me to measure. And yes, the plug is installed.
I would need 8" on the steerer tube.
I'll try to remember to measure when I get home tomorrow morning and get back to you. I want to say yes, it has 8 but I can't be sure
