This bike is first and foremost a track machine and I would not ride it on the street. The front wheel requires a <23mm tire although they can fit if you don't put the hub axle all the way in the fork (as pictured) but I don't recommend doing that either. It probably fits closer to a 58 since I can almost ride it, but I'm not good at judging sizes since I usually just get the biggest one.
