December 3, 2024 12:08 PM
The Airborne Carpe Diem was made between 2001 - 2003 and is one versatile gem that depending on the components can be used as your standard road bike, as a touring bike as it has enough mounting spots for your pannier racks or even cyclo-cross bike as it can accommodate up to 40mm wide tires. All in all Airborne Carpe Diem was always considered "perfect all rounder". Designed for 700c wheels and cantilever brakes but also possible to use with rim brake calipers as there are holes for attaching them and also option for disc brakes but you would have to use another fork in order to attach disk brake caliper. 3Al/2.5V aerospace-grade titanium. Frameset is in great condition, no dents, cracks, all threads are ok. Just waiting for the new owner. Comes with 1 1/8" carbon fork, headset, seatpost clamp and other small bits as cable routing guides etc.
