A hot neo-retro Cannondale R1000 2.8, the 56cm frame has been stripped and polished, and adorned with new Saeco decal kit. Carbon threadless fork, alloy steerer, not a Slice but the sticker was in the kit and well, it had to be done! Fully dressed in Shimano 105 with 11 speed shifters, 50/34 172.5 crankset, F/R derailleurs, 11-28 cassette, brakeset with new pad inserts, and new Shimano 10sp chain. Mixed but awesome and light wheelset, Mavic Ksyrium Elite rear with Bontrager Paradigm front, Vittoria Corsa Control tyres, and new Novatec QR skewers. New downtube shifter/stop mounts, all new cables and housing. Dean/ControlTech seatpost, Selle Royal Secan saddle, FSA Wing Bar 42cm and Vision TriMax 110mm stem, new bar tape. Will include original alloy fork.
This bike is not only a stunner, it's a rocket, it is impressively light (probably helped by the lack of paint) and is stiff a.f. and super responsive. As you can see, a real head turner.
*A couple of small dings in the top tube but not too noticeable, you can see the worst in the photos... just! There was a tiny pinhole on the non-drive seatstay/dropout weld which I've filled and smoothed with JB Weld, it's not corrosion or a crack, looked more like a welding burn hole possibly that was painted over as it wasn't visible until stripped as shown in photo of rear skewer
