I own this cannondale track over 3 years,now i start to try many other bikes,not just fixie. I still have another two fixies,Maybe it's time to sold this one. It's original paint, not a repaint frame.some really small loss of paint.No cracks or structural damage,Never crashed, dropped or raced.

everybody gets all fired up every time one gets posted. well guess what? for every FS post there's 10 WTB posts. with demand that high, fair is whatever someone's willing to pay for it.
in short, if you don't like it, don't buy it. i certainly wouldn't. but maybe someone else would, and here's a chance to get a frame they've wanted if they can afford it.

I'm not getting fired up, I'm just saying these things do have a market value and it's not too hard to find them a good bit lower. If someone is willing to pay that much that's great, but they'd be kidding themselves if they think they got a fair price.

The price is dumb, charging people that price is capitalistic, greedy and dumb. Cut it out. I know at least 4 messengers who have this bike and they all paid under 700 bucks for it. Be patient and you will find one. Cannons selling for this much these days shows you how corny track bikes have become.

yeah, you used to be able to get these for $700, and that's great for your messenger friends. you used to also be able to buy a 3 bedroom house in SF for 200,000, but things go up in value as demand changes. seriously, if you don't like it, don't buy it. nobody's forcing you to buy a rare painting you don't think is worth a million, nobody's forcing you to buy a cannondale track you don't think is worth 2 grand.
