FS: Cesare track bike

52cm early 90s cesare track frame with mix of components:
Wheels from new bianchi pista via condotti
Sugino cranks/bb, mks pedals
Nitto stem/bars
Turbo saddle.

No dents on frame. Has some paint wear and chrome worn off non drive side drop out.
