Built this for someone else, but they ended up wanting something a little different. Probably hasn't been ridden more than a mile, though the front wheel and brake have seen some use on another bike. Idea of the build is solid commuter. Could be ridden as is, I would probably just want to add a narrow-wide chainring and tighten the rear brake up a little bit. Would be perfect as a tourer or for cross if you're old school.
The frame itself seems to have been built up but barely ridden. There is a little bit of cable rub on the headtube, and a small scratch on the downtube, but no dents, no real sign of wear. The frame was extremely clean and well-prepped when I received. Hargadon is a good builder who also works with Ti and the whole thing is very professionally done. Rack and bottle cage mounts, 3x cable stops on top-tube plus one on the seat-tube for front mech cabling. Good clearance on rear even with a 35c on a wide rim.
Frame:
21.5" (54.5cm) seat-tube CTT
20.5" (52cm) top-tube CTC
5" (127mm) head-tube
68mm BSA BB
135mm rear spacing with Breezer dropouts
1" threadless Surly Fork
Parts:
Paint-matched ahead stem (26.0)-Generic levers/risers (shimmed), SunRace 9 spd indexed thumbie, Lizard Skin grips
Sugino BT converted to single with 44T ring, Shimano UN55 122.5mm
Avid Single Digit 7 mini-v
Shimano Deore LX 9spd rear mech (NOS)-Shimano Deore LX 11-34 9 spd cassette (NOS)
Ritchey OCR Comp rear (NOS)/CXP22-Novatech front (new Pasela)
Kalloy UNO 27.2 Seatpost
Ritchey Logic 1" Headset
Not selling saddle in picture, but I can throw in a chunky old Spesh one if you need it.
Offering it as complete for $600 as I'd rather not have to take it all apart but could also do frame/fork/headset/bb for $500.
Let me know if you have any other questions.

this is pretty sick!
too bad you're not closer / the top tube was a smidge longer.
