I have a question, I have found a buyer on here for my frameset.
It is not a local transaction though, and will have to be shipped.
So, my question is what is the safest way for me to do this transaction using pay pal.
Does paypal have some sort of insurance if buyer turns out to be fake?
any advice is greatly appreciated.

I think PayPal would be your best bet. Request or send money as "goods or services." If you send an invoice, you can outline any terms of sale that you might have. This protects you and the buyer. It will cost you (the seller) 3% of the total amount received, so you might want to add that to the total cost. I'd recommend doing a little of your own PayPal research, maybe check out the Q&A's etc.
Good luck.
Good luck.
And always send it to buyer's PayPal verified address if you want to be protected, ALWAYS! Learned the hard way
What you do is send the buyer an invoice with what's included and the price + 4%. The buyer will then have to pay the invoice. I personally do instant deposit payments, but he may have a payment that takes its time. If that's the case then just wait for the payment to go from "pending" to "available or complete". Once the money is there it can't be taken back unles you refund.
