BB only 1 month old. Paid $65. lubed with Phil grease.
Paid 29000 Yen for the crankset new in Japan from a LBS a few years ago which is like $305, a couple very minor scratches but nothing noticeable, the lettering is still there.

In my opinion, I would keep what you have now. Nothing rolls like a good loose ball bottom bracket.
Would you want some silver omniums?

@fricksquad true but the omniums are stiffer since they're external BB.

sucks. i know you've heard it from alot of people already im sure...
i regret switching to Omniums. great product for they price. but it made me hate my pista concept.. the ride sucks. stiffer ....slightly...not worth the loss in ride comfort.
but with that being said !

what loss in ride comfort is there from a crankset?
its just not as smooth. was never the same. seriously man. its noticeable when you're putting lots of km's on the bike. gxp bottom brackets arent the best.. even with a ceramic ..its just not the same.
