FS: Hans Lutz steel track frameset w/ Cinelli lugs 60/61 c-c trackframe

For the tall guys!

It's supposed to be a pretty rare Hans Lutz frame with Cinelli SC BB shell and lugs.
Hans Lutz was 4 x track World Champion, 1 x track Olympic Champion, 8 x track/road German Champion. His frames are not often to find...! My stickers are easy to remove if you don't like them.
I have no info about the tubes unfortunatelly. It was powder coated black and has a very few paint chips. Has a special geometry I haven't seen so far. The size is 61c-c but as the seat tube angle is only 70° it's more a 60c-c conventionaly I'd say. Bottom bracket shell is ITA but with only 68 width.
Guess only 23 mm and lower tires work on it. Maybe 25 but at the very end of the dropouts
