Got this bike a bit over a year ago for a very affordable price.
So been riding it around, my beater. Loving it. Then I just recently decided to look it over, and, not knowing much about bikes, saw - Brev Campagnolo on the rear dropouts, then I see the same on the front dropouts, then I see Suntour SuperBe cranks and bottom bracket.
I look all these up, as, for real, I had no idea what these are.... anyhows.... seems I might have some higher end components than my Bikes Direct 3 Speed (which is great too).
Can anyone help me identify this bike? I put these photos up hoping they will help.
Can anyone also tell me the approximate value of the bike? As in, would anyone here be willing to buy it?
It's in good shape, no accidents, just the chipped paint. One caveat is, being in LA I had to have a brake, so I (kicking myself now) drilled a hole in the front fork to mount the brake.
Anyhow - that's my story. I love this bike. It rides super nice.

BTW - I paid 50$ for this.
Didn't have the Brooks or the bell or lights. Came with pista style bars and a nitto stem (don't have that anymore.)

No, no one really could or did. Best data I got from the knowledgeable folks here was mid 80s, maybe custom made.
