One of the five frames Chris Kelly built for the Cal team, which was also his team during 1988-1989. They won on these frames! I personally emailed Chris Kelly myself to confirm and have proof.

-700c Rear Wheel
-Bottom of bottom bracket to the top of the seatpost clamp measures at 23", which is around
58-59cm
-Frame and fork seems to be in great condition with NO DENTS OR DINGS
